Primary Responsibilities:
The Service Technician is expected to:
    •    Protect the legal, financial and moral well-being of the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies;
    •    Repair vehicles using appropriate tools, technologies and procedures in order to restore vehicle to proper working conditions;
    •    Be a teacher to support the efforts of other employees to be successful;
    •    Seek ways to improve business operations efficiencies and customer service.
Primary Duties:
Ensure maximum productivity, customer service and cost control.
    •    Perform all repairs utilizing appropriate tools, procedures and operations.
    •    Disassemble and assess any supplemental needs, labor, parts, and communicate with Shop Foreman, Assistant Service Manager, or Service Advisor
    •    Perform quality repairs at all times and notify management of any substandard processes, parts or procedures.
    •    Communicate with appropriate personnel regarding any issue which may cause a repair delay to a vehicle.
    •    Maintain ability to handle job stress and effective interaction with others in the workplace.
    •    Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times and adhere to all OSHA/EPA requirements.
Operate with integrity.
    •    Demand the highest ethical standards from self and others.
    •    Maintain composure within the workplace, or outside the workplace when representing the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies.
    •    Set an example of positive attitude and professionalism, including a neat, orderly and safe work environment.
    •    Communicate and resolve customer complaints and adjustments.

Job Qualifications:
Must pass drug test prior to employment and random drug tests while employed.
    •    High school diploma or the equivalent recommended but not required.
    •    Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
    •    ASE certification, local state safety inspection and emissions license preferred.
    •    General mechanical skills.
    •    Maintain valid driver's license and MVR within company policy requirements.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
The Service Advisor is expected to:

    •    Be a support system to Service Manager to achieve maximum production and expense control;
    •    Be a teacher to support the efforts of other employees to be successful;
    •    Seek ways to improve business operations efficiencies and customer service.
Primary Duties:
More than 50% commissions on goods and/or services.
1. Ensure maximum production and customer service.
    •    Monitor repair order processes to maintain proper function of the service department.
    •    Oversee communication between company personnel ad customers to ensure accurate documenting and procedures are performed in a timely manner.
    •    Communicate with customers regarding time expectations and gather contact information for follow up.
    •    Ensure a positive relationship between dealership, customers, and manufacturer.
    •    Oversee adjustments on warranties for new and used vehicles.
    •    Maintain current product knowledge and train supporting staff on proper usage.
    •    Ensure clean and safe work environment at all times and adhere to all OSHA/EPA requirements.
    •    Maintain ability to handle job stress and effective interaction with others in the workplace.
    •    Follow manufacturer policies and procedures.
2. Develop employees.
    •    Communicate and enforce dealership policies and procedures.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Finance Manager is expected to:

Protect the legal, financial and moral well-being of the Larry H. Miller Companies dealerships;
Represent all products to all customers to ethically and profitably achieve group sales and customer service benchmarks;
Process retail transactions which produce additional revenue for the dealership through the sales of approved financial and insurance products;
Be a teacher to support the efforts of other employees to be successful.
Seek ways to improve business operations efficiencies and customer service.
1. Maximum production, customer service and profitability.

Achieve or exceed group standards such as sales production, gross profit and applicable production benchmarks which result in profitability and customer service satisfaction.
Sell financial, extended service contracts, maintenance contracts, credit life and accident and health insurance, GAP, Century products and approved aftermarket products to customers.
Assist and support the efforts of sales managers to ensure all car deals are structured to achieve reasonable profit and customer satisfaction. Assist sales desk as needed.
Accurately and timely complete customer paperwork to ensure proper guarantee of checks, collection of monies due and collection of vehicle receivables, contracts in transit, correct title, lien information, taxes and down payments.
2. Establish Customer Relationships.

Present the Group's menu 100% to each customer to promote sales and value.
Safeguard and secure the privacy of all customer information, files and records to maintain adherence with all compliance regulations.
Expedite open customer issues utilizing appropriate report tools such as the daily heat sheet, contracts in transit, checklists, and customer down payment reports to ensure funding notification within group standard of delivery.
Effectively communicate and assist with customers to provide excellent service.
3. Team and Employee Relationships.

Effectively hire, train and manage qualified team members to ensure best practices and processes are achieved.
Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with finance sources and factory representatives.
Effectively communicate with and build rapport with sales staff and accounting personnel to strengthen processes.
